KATHMANDU, Aug 30: The water level of the Trishuli River has risen following flooding from the Bhotekoshi area of Rasuwa.
The Flood Forecasting Division said the water level at the flood monitoring station in Galchhi, Dhading, had risen by around three metres as of 7 am Sunday.

The division also warned that water levels in the Narayani River and its tributaries could rise as heavy rainfall has been recorded across several watershed areas of Gandaki Province.
Authorities have urged residents living along the Narayani River and its tributaries, as well as people in areas close to the riverbanks, to remain alert.
