KATHMANDU, June 18: Arrangements have been made to monitor the vehicle trial center from the Transportation Management Office. The Transportation Management Office, Lalitpur, has made arrangements to monitor the driver's license trial examination in Ekantakuna from the office itself through CCTV cameras.

Chief of the office, Achutaraj Regmi, said that arrangements have been made to monitor the trial center from the office to make the trial examination of driver's license more dignified and transparent. "Earlier, there was an arrangement for monitoring only from the trial center. Now, we have made arrangements for monitoring the trial center from our office. This has facilitated the flow of services," he said.

The transportation office is currently providing services to 1,500 to 2,000 service-seekers daily. According to the office, the tradition of tampering with the trial results has come to an end with the distribution of driving licenses through mandatory citizenship, photo and entrance cards along with the monitoring through CCTV cameras.

Similarly, the office has been posting the results of the vehicle license trial on the website immediately after conducting the test. Due to this, service recipients can immediately know whether they have passed or failed the trail.
