KATHMANDU, Aug 28: Major roads in the valley are disrupted as the heads of states and governments are starting arriving today for the fourth summit of the BIMSTEC.


Win Myint, Myanmar President, is the first head of state to land today in the Capital. Win Myint will be landing at 2:45 PM today in the Tribhuwan International Airport.

Following the landing of Myanmar President, the road section along Tribhuwan International Airport, Baneshwor, Maitighar, Kalimati up to Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza seems busy informed Raj K. Lamsal,SP, Kathmandu MetropolitanTraffic Police.


All the heads of the states and governments will be residing at Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza which is also the venue for the summit and pre-summit meetings.
