Traffic along Araniko Highway resumes

SINDHUPALCHOWK, May 31
: Traffic along Araniko highway resumed on Monday after teachers and students agreed to abide by rules and regulations inside the exam hall, police informed.



Vehicular movement along Araniko highway was brought to a grinding halt by obstruction from locals and family members of a student after the latter was expelled from the exam hall in accuse of cheating, Monday morning.[break]



Sabin Bhujel of Bagh Bhairab HS School, Tokarpa was expelled by an invigilator after he was found cheating at his exam center, Bal Sikchaya Higher Secondary School.

He was appearing for English paper of Grade XI.



Furious Bhujel accompanied by locals, family members and his friends including those who failed to perform well in today´s exam had created hurdles by piling stones on the middle of the road at Khadi Chaur Bazaar.



Hundreds of vehicles and passengers were stranded by traffic obstruction.
