The deceased has been identified as Binod Shrestha, 35, of Damak Municipality-16. The tractor (Me 1 Ta 3672) knocked over Shrestha, who was walking at the time of the mishap, killing him on the spot, according o District Police Office, Morang.The body has been sent to Primary Health Centre, Mangalbare, for postmortem. The Area Police Office, Urlabari, has mounted a manhunt to arrest the tractor driver who absconded following the incident. RSS
