Tourism Minister Bhattarai diagnosed with COVID-19

KATHMANDU, Oct 10: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Yogesh Bhattarai was diagnosed with the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Saturday.

Posting on Facebook earlier today, Minister Bhattarai shared that he has had fever since Friday evening. “I do not have any health issues rather than mild fever,” he wrote.

He had earlier tested negative for the virus during a PCR test last Monday. He had also attended some functions outside the Kathmandu Valley during this time, he added.
