KATHMANDU, Nov 15: Top leaders of big three parties --UCPN (Maoist), Nepali Congress and CPN-UML -- are scheduled to sit for yet another round of talks on Monday in a bid to hammer out a power sharing deal to end the current political deadlock.

According to NC Parliamentary Party leader Ram Chandra Poudel, the three-party meeting has been scheduled for Monday morning. The venue of the meeting, however, is yet to be fixed.[break]

Party leaders said the meeting is likely to be held either in the Constituent Assembly building or some hotel. Sources said the leaders decided not hold the meeting in any resort as in the previous two rounds as small parties and the media had criticized their move.

Maoist leader Dev Gurung said the talks will mainly focus on power sharing and formation of new government. “We will mainly deal with power sharing issues,” he said.

Earlier speaking during a tea party organized by the party, Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal had said that a package deal was possible if the three parties reached an agreement on power sharing.
