Three killed while extracting stone in Doti

DOTI, March 20: Three people were killed after being crushed by a rock that they were working on to extract stone-sheets for the purpose of roofing their homes in the north of Doti.

A fourth person was seriously injured in the incident that occurred at a place called Balma in Dauda VDC of the district. The deceased have been identified as Khali Bista, Bhakta Bista and Kanthe Bista of Dauda VDC-3, according to the District Police Office, Doti.


Seriously injured Lal Bahadur Bogati has been rushed to Nepalgunj for treatment, police said. RSS
