SARLAHI, Jan 19 : Three people killed and another three sustained injuries when a truck crashed into a passenger bus parked along the East-West Highway at Ishwarpur municipality-12 in Sarlahi district, on Saturday morning.
The moving truck (Na 5 Kha 7129) hit the back of the bus (Na 4 Kha 9754) at around 2 am when it was being parked for repairing along the roadside at Banke Jungle area.

The deceased were identified as Govinda Sauden of Ilam, aged 27, Binita Rai of Sunsari, aged 30, and Rahim Miya of Parsa, aged 35, according to Rajkumar Shahi, the police inspector of District Police Office Nawalpur.
Dawa Tamang of Nuwakot, Rajendra Khatiwada of Jhapa and Deepak Adhikari of Udayapur sustained injuries in the incident, who have been receiving treatment in hospitals.
The trio was standing next to the bus when the moving tuck crashed into the bus along the roadside. The night bus was en route to Kathmandu from Ilam.
