Deputy Superintendent of Police Naresh Man Shrestha said among those killed are the driver Bhim Bahadur Basnet of Khalanga, Salyan, his help Resham Khadka of Mehaltoli, Dailekh, and one Binod Basel of Surkhet.
The tractor fell 200 meters off the highway into the Karnali River.
One killed, 11 injured as bus overturns
PALPA: A passenger bus (Na 2 Kha 3344) traveling from Pokhara to Butwal overturned in Palpa Tuesday night killing 40-year-old Krishnamati Chamar, a resident of Jitgaiya-4, Bara.
The bus overturned at 10 pm Tuesday near a water mill at Dobhan-4 of Palpa-Butwal road section.
The injured are receiving treatment at Lumbini Medical College, Tansen, and Lumbini Zonal Hospital, Butwal.
