Himal Mongrati, 12, of Paanchkanya-5 of Sunsari district died of electrocution, the police said.
Mongrati died while receiving treatment at B P Koirala Institute of Health Sciences.
Similarly, 26-year-old Laxmi Rishidev of Simriya-3 of the district died after being struck by lightening.
In Morang, 35-year-old Talachodi Satar of Darbesa-4 died in a lightening strike.
