The deceased have been identified as Rajiv Kumar Basnet, 23, of Butwal Municipality-6 and Kul Bahadur BK, 74, of Indragauda, Gulmi, police said.
Two of the injured, undergoing treatment at Mission Hospital, Tansen, are reported to be critical.
The bus was heading to Gulmi from Butwal.
Meanwhile, a child was killed at Karkado Chowk of Banke along the Nepalgunj-Kohalpur road section Tuesday after a jeep hit him.
Sandeep Chalaune, 7, of Kamdi-7, Banke died after a Mahindra jeep (Bhe 1 Cha 791) hit him, the police said. The jeep was heading toward Dailekh.
Seriously injured Sandeep child died on the way to hospital.
