JHAPA, April 29: Police have arrested three persons with one kilogram of smuggled gold from Jhapa district on Saturday morning.

However, the details of the arrestees have not been disclosed so far. Acting on a tip-off, police held three persons from Jhiljhile area of Shivasatasi Municipality.
Superintendent of Police Shailesh Thapa Chhetri said that investigation into the matter is going on.
Earlier on Friday, two persons were held from Chandragadhi Airport for possessing 100 kilograms of silver. RSS
