All the variants of Skoda Fabia have rear fog lights, halogen headlights with manual leveling and rear air conditioning vents under front seats. Besides, it has telescopic steering which enables drivers to drive comfortably on rough roads. The higher-end Elegance variant has extra features such as alloy wheels and ABS.

In order to boost initial sales, the company has unveiled introductory discounted prices for the new Fabia. Active Plus is priced at Rs 2.29 million, Ambition Plus costs Rs 2.57 million, and the higher-end Elegance can be taken home for Rs 2.69 million.

Neeraj Rimal, assistant manager of Parkway Health and a customer of Fabia, said he chose to buy Fabia because of its sturdiness, comfortable seats, good air conditioner and the pleasure it gives while driving.

The company had opened booking for the vehicles 15 days ago. During this period, it was able to sell 20 units.

"We are planning to sell 100 units within the first four months of the launch and 500 units in a year," Agrawal said.
