DHANGADHI, July 23: Three people died in a bus (Se 1 Kha 528) collision with a motorcycle (Se 1 Pa 7860) traveling to opposite directions at Dhangadhi-Fulbari road section of Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city.
The deceased have been identified as Dipendra Chaudhary (30) of Gauriganga Municipality-11, Bir Bahadur Chaudhary (27) of Kailari Rural Municipality-8, and Aashish Chaudhary (26) of Lamki-chuha Municipality, according to Assistant Sub-inspector of Kailai district Bir Bahadur Budha. The three men were on the same bike rode by deceased Dipendra Chaudhary.
The accident occurred at around 1:30 PM on Sunday afternoon. The driver and passengers of the bus were unscathed. The driver of the bus Mangal Prasad Chaudhary (50) permanent resident of Kailari Rural Municipality-5 has been taken into custody by local police.
