The deceased have been identified as Bijay Bamjan and Som Bahadur Thing of Gunsa-3, Sindhupalchowk, and Kancha Lama of Okhaldhunga district, said Rajeshnath Bastola, police chief of Panchthar.
The tractor that was carrying construction material fell about 250 meters below.
