The deceased have been identified as Tanka Khatiwada and Som Raj Khatri, who were serving Sonapur-based Pashupati Oil Industry as security guards, informed Area Police Office.
They breathed last while undergoing treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Science at 3 AM Thursday morning.
The motorbike (Ko 6 Pa 8391) en route to Biratnagar from Itahari had knocked the cycle they were traveling to in front of industry while they were heading to the industry for duty.

Meanwhile, a boy has been electrocuted in Jutepani of Chitwan Thursday.
Birendra Poudel, 19, of Jutepani-2 while he was repairing electricity line at his home which got disrupted with wind storm that took place on Wednesday.
Poudel, who was seriously injured after electric shock, died on the way to Bharatpur Hospital for treatment, said District Police Office, Chitwan.
