KATHMANDU, Oct 18: Police have caught three people with brown heroin on Monday at Kalanki.
Among the arrested were a 19 year-old person from Basudevpur-5, Banke, living at Shamshergunj Municipality, Amit Gurung. Jiban Malla, 17, from Kamdhi-5 of Nepalgunj currently living at Karkado and a resident of Bhotebahal, Kathmandu, Manish Shahi, 25.

While checking them the police found a plastic packet inside the tip of Jiban Malla’s shoes which contained the drug.
