KATHMANDU, Oct 15: A team of police deployed by the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) has arrested three persons in possession of a leopard hide and body parts from Koteshwor on Monday.
The arrested ones were Mohan Singh Rokaya from Sigas Rural Municipality-2 of Baitadi district, Anamol Tamang from Sunkoshi Rural Municipality-4 of Sindhupalchowk and another one from Kathmandu.

The identity of one person has been withheld due to a special reason, shared CIB Superintendent of Police Sanuram Bhattarai.
The arrested ones have been handed over to the Division Forest Office in Kathmandu. Further action would be taken against them as per the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act-1973 and CITES Convention-1976, according to the CIB.
