Those injured in Ghumaaune bus accident identified (with details)

CHITWAN, Aug 25: The identities of those injured in a bus accident at Ghumaaune on the Narayanghat-Mugling road section have been revealed. Most of the injured are from Kanchanpur and Kailali.

The bus with the registration number Su Pra Pra 02 001 Kha 1332, heading to Kathmandu from Kanchanpur, met with an accident at around 7:15 AM.

Chitwan police have reported that 17 people have been injured. Among the injured, seven are from Kanchanpur, five from Kailali, and one each from Bajhang, Dadeldhura, Darchula, Baitadi, and Chitwan.

All the injured are receiving treatment at Chitwan Medical College. According to preliminary details, the bus accident occurred due to loss of control, as stated by Deputy Superintendent of Police Bheshraj Rijal from the Chitwan District Police Office.

According to him, among the injured are four women and 13 men.
