KATHMANDU, Nov 5: Leaders from various political parties, family members and well wishers paid their final tribute to Padma Ratna Tuladhar at Kana Deep of Sobha Bhagwati Temple.
Tuladhar, an independent left politician and a human rights activist, had passed away on Sunday at Norvic Hospital.
In his condolence letter, PM KP Sharma Oli remembered late Tuladhar as a true nationalist, democrat and a person who always fight for social equality and peace in the country. Stating that late Tuladhar had a great leadership for the prosperity of the people, PM Oli termed him as a peace and human right activist.

PM Oli has stated that he played a key role in the peace process of the country.
The government bestowed Tuladhar with national honor for his notable contributions to the peace process in the country and facilitating role in the peace process that had created environment conducive to lead the peace process ahead.
Speaker Mahara pays final respect to Tuladhar
Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara has paid final tributes to human rights activist and leftist politician Padma Ratna Tuladhar.
Speaker Mahara went to the late Tuladhar’s residence at Lainchaur this morning and offered floral tribute to the Tuladhar’s mortal remains.
Tuladhar passed away on Sunday. His body was kept at his residence for paying of last respects. His last rites would be performed at Shova Bhagawati later today.
