KATHMANDU, March 10: Agitating Tharu organizations have formed a nine-member talks team headed by Laxman Tharu to hold talks with the government. Because of Tharu leaders’ delay in forming the dialogue team and carrying out other homework, the talks scheduled at 10 am could not take place on time. Tharu leaders have informed Peace Minister Janardan Sharma and Physical Planning and Works Minister Bijaya Gachchhadar that they can sit for talks soon.
