KATHMANDU, August 1: Thai Airways International Public Co Ltd organized blood donation and cardiac health checkup program in Kathmandu on Monday.

 Issuing a statement, the Bangkok-based carrier said that the program was organized as part of its corporate social responsibility program to celebrate 25th year of the incident in 1992.

"More than 120 people donated blood to the Red Cross Society, Blood Transfusion Service, and maximum number of participants got the benefit of general health and cardio checkup from the competent team of Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre," the airline said in the statement.
