Temperature gradually falling, people urged to be cautious

KATHMANDU, Nov 16: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has asked all to be cautious as the temperature is gradually decreasing.


The department has issued a special bulletin and has requested everyone to take necessary precautions to avoid colds as there is a possibility that the temperature will decrease gradually due to the effect of western wind in the country.

Looking at the situation for the past few days, it is said that the minimum temperature may decrease further. According to the latest information from the department, the minimum temperature of the Kathmandu Valley today is 9.0 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is 22.0 degrees Celsius.


Similarly, the minimum temperature of Jumla today is 2.6 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature of Janakpur is 30.2 degrees Celsius.
