The abductee is Gusmata Yadav, the son of Ram Udgar Yadav, and a eighth grader at Little Star Boarding School.
Following the abduction, the gang using Nepal Telecom’s prepaid simcard telephoned Yadav has demanded Rs. 1 million ransom from him.
Police said a manhunt has been launched to nab the kidnappers.
