Technology has completely changed every aspect of our society over the past few decades, from the way we work to the way we socialize and everything in between.

One of the differences that have been most noticeable is the change in the way children play and interact with each other from previous generations. It is very beneficial for education, businesses etc. This allows the student to get information related to her/his studies, the teachers can communicate with the parents and vice versa, many online shops have flourished, and with excellent research results we can find out so many things. Our life has become easier because through “TECH” we can do our shopping without having to go out of the house, watch movies, do business transactions, send emails without having to go to the Post office etc. Without it we may have to face different difficulties in our everyday life. Because of its ease and usefulness, it is used everywhere eg work, schools, colleges, banks, education institutions, training centers, shops, railway stations, airports, restaurants, malls and at our personal spaces.

Sure, technology does provide many benefits. But it can also have several negative effects on child development and quality of life. Due to the appearance of the internet, our world has changed in a big way. It also has made our lives passive and materialistic. Uncontrolled and unrestricted operating of internet and computers can be very harmful. Children sit in front of computer screens for hours watching inappropriate sites and programs. Playing violent video games can adversely influence their impressionable and developing minds. And children are smart enough to cover our tracks so that they can continue doing these things without the guardians’ knowledge. Yes, Multi Million Dollar companies like Google, Youtube and many more are helpful and are being used in 185 countries all around the world. Out of  195 countries in the world, only 10 countries don’t use it.
