DANG, August 11: A teacher in Dang beat up a young man who had a romantic relationship with his daughter. Pateshwar Yadav from Rajpur-3 Belka, beat up his daughter’s boyfriend Mansharam Yadav, 19, from Rajpur-3, Khardiya.

According to the District Police Chief, Superintendent of Police (SP) Suresh Prasad Kafle, Pateshwar initially asked his daughter to call Mansaram. Mansaram reached near Pateshwar's house, which is about three kilometers away from his own house, after being called by his lover. But, he was beaten up by Pateshwar. According to the police, Mansaram was attacked on the way by a group including Pateshwar. 

"After finding out that he was in love with his daughter, the girl's father called the boy and beat him up on the road,"  SP Kafle said, "The young man has bruises all over his body. "Pateshwar is a teacher of Bela-based Janjyoti Secondary School. His daughter and Mansaram, the youth who was beaten, are also studying in the 11th grade in this school.

SP Kafle informed Republica that the police have arrested Pateshwar and his brother Dhir Bahadur Yadav who were involved in the beating and registered a case. On August 8, Mansaram filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Garhwa. Based on Mansaram's complaint that five people attacked him, the police arrested Pateshwar and his brother Dhir Bahadur. According to the police, the other three accused are on the run.
