Swami Prapannacharya discharged from Norvic

KATHMANDU, May 6: Swami Dr. Prapannacharya has returned home from Norvic International Hospital after a weeklong treatment in the hospital.



He was admitted to the Hospital on April 28 after he suffered chest infection, high blood pressure, coughing and difficulty in respiration.



Dr. Prapannacharya underwent treatment under the supervision of senior doctor and cardiologist Dr. JP Jaisawal at the Coronary Care Unit (CCU).



He is suffering from respiratory infection and high blood pressure for the past one and half decades.



A press release issued by the hospital today stated that health condition of Swami improved after 36 hours of being admitted to the hospital.



The Swami had lost his eyesight some time ago due to high blood pressure and the hospital suggested him to visit eye specialist for treatment, stated the press release signed by Deputy General Manager of the Hospital, RP Mainali.
