Sudurpaschim gets Rs 30.33 billion in next year’s budget

KATHMANDU, June 15: Sudurpaschim Province gets an annual budget of Rs 30.33 billion for the next fiscal year.

Announcing the budget, Prakash Bahadur Shah, Minister for the Economic Affairs and Planning of Sudurpaschim Province, said he has allocated Rs 17.65 billion for the development projects out of the total amount. To finance the total expenditure, the budget has targeted to mobilize Rs 1.08 billion from the revenue collection and Rs 6.68 billion from the unspent reserve of the budget of the current fiscal year apart from more than Rs 14.61 billion in fiscal grants from the central government.
