Roshan Dev (21) of Sakarpura, a student at the Regional Engineering Campus, Janakpur was abducted by a gang of 8-10 persons from his rented room, according to his father Kamal Narayan Dev.
Issuing a statement on Saturday, Kamal Narayan has appealed human rights activists and media persons to take an initiative for the safe release of his son.
