The agitating workers have accused management of being indifferent towards punishing those involved in manhandling the health workers, among other demands, as agreed last week.
Other demands include pay rises and making staff permanent. Although the agitating workers and hospital management were supposed to negotiate to settle the issues, they haven´t entered into any dialogue until late afternoon.
The agitating workers have staged a sit-in in front of the main entrance of the hospital.
