KATHMANDU, Sept 25:  The State Affairs Committee of the federal parliament has barred the journalists from entering in the first meeting of the committee. The newly elected chairperson Shashi Shrestha ordered the security marshals to bar the journalists, including photojournalists and video journalists, to enter from the meeting hall citing that the informal meeting was underway.
