Sports hospital to be built

KATHMANDU, June 18: The foundation stone of the sports hospital to be built by the National Sports Council (NSC) has been laid on Sunday.

KATHMANDU, June 18: The foundation stone of the sports hospital to be built by the National Sports Council (NSC) has been laid on Sunday.



Former Minister for Youth and Sports Daljit Sripali, NSC's Member Secretary Keshav Kumar Bista and Vice-president Lama Tendi Sherpa jointly laid the foundation stone. 



The 10-bed hospital will be constructed on NSC's premises in Tripureshwar.



NSC's 108th board meeting had decided to build the hospital spending around Rs 1.4 million.



The NSC has planned to complete the construction of the hospital within three years. The budget is already allocated for the construction according to the NSC.
