Yukta Rambhakta Mathema of basketball and Ajay Suwal of table-tennis will be employed in the college.
Basketball players of the college to compete in the SAG are Bikram Joshi, Yukta, Binod Shrestha and Sadish Pradhan. Likewise, Nawida Shrestha of table-tennis, Binita Maharjan of wushu and Nayana Shakya of swimming are the other players of the college participating in the SAG.
Victory for senior team
KATHMANDU, Jan 27: Rahul Kumar BK took five wickets for senior team as they defeated U-21 team by five wickets in a practice match on Wednesday at the TU Cricket Ground, Kirtipur.
In his 10 overs, Rahul conceded 27 runs and helped the seniors restrict the U-21 team for 152 in 48.5 overs after they opted to bat first. In reply, the seniors surpassed the total in 29.5 overs losing five wickets.
Dipendra Chaudhary hit a half century in 43 balls with six fours and two sixes. Mehboob Alam (30), Sharad Vesawkar (21) and Binod Das (16) were the other batsmen to score double-figures. Bhuwan Karki and Anil Mandal picked two wickets each for U-21.
Earlier, Anil topscored with 57 runs off 81 balls for the U-21 side. Subash Khakurel (19), Aakash Gupta (18), Gyanendra Malla (10) and Binod Bhandari (10) were the other contributors.
