South Asian Karate from Nov 28
KATHMANDU: Nepal Gojurio Karate Do Association is organizing the First South Asian Karate Championship from November 28 to December 1 at the covered hall of Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu. The tournament will feature karatekas from all eight South Asian countries -- India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and the host Nepal, according to Chandra Prakash Gharti Magar, the association´s president.
The players will vie for 50 gold and silver medals each and 100 bronze medals.
