The present CEO of Spice Nepal, Dilip Singh, will leave his position in Spice Nepal as of Wednesday. Pasi Koistinen will take charge as acting CEO with immediate effect. The board has initiated a search process for a new CEO.
The Spice Nepal board concluded that the company, in order to deliver on its strategic objectives, will benefit from a new leadership, said the press release.
