Madan Kumari Shah, an MP of the CPN (Unified Socialist), was speaking in the meeting of the National Assembly on Tuesday. At that time, after seeing one of the MPs using his mobile phone, Tmilsina told him not to do so.


Timilsana said, "Honorable MPs, please keep your phones switched off in the meeting of the National Assembly.”
