KATHMANDU, Feb 21: Minister of Information and Communications Gokul Baskota said that users of the social network are not necessarily to be registered in the government bodies.
Speaking at a press conference organized by the cabinet to publicize the decision of the Council of Ministers, Minister Baskota said that even though the users are not necessarily to be registered but the social network; Facebook, Twitter should be registered in Nepal.
Minister Baskota said that the office of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram should be opened in Nepal.
