ROLPA, Aug 31: Six members of a same family of the Nepali origin are reported to have been killed due to flooding at Shimla in India a week ago.
The deceased have been identified as Laxmi Ram Pun Magar of Talabang-4 of Rolpa, his wife Deukali and their children 11-year-old Parshu, six-year-old Suraj, seven-year-old Sunita and four-year-old Karna Bahadur.
The Magar couple had been living near Shimla in Himachal Pradesh for the past 15 years as farmers, according to their neighbour at Shimla Bir Bahadur Gharti.
However, the District Police Office Rolpa, expressed ignorance about the incident. RSS
