"In the MSS evaluation, we have become the first in Madhesh Province," he said, "Not only that, the Siraha District Hospital has been ranked third among all hospitals in Nepal." He thanked all the residents of the district saying that this was only possible with everyone's help. In this hospital, ICU service, NICU service, dialysis service, oxygen plant, ventilator, blood bank, 24-hour lab and X-ray service, 24-hour pharmacy service, dental service etc have been added after Dr Yadav became the head of the hospital.

The head of the hospital has removed the obligation of the residents of the district to go to other districts for treatment. The hospital lacked everything, most of the patients had to be sent to outside districts, said Dr Yadav, "Now patients from outside districts are coming to this hospital for treatment. Earlier, when they were sent outside for treatment, there was a risk of death on the way, he said, "The expansion of services in the hospital has saved the lives of many patients. Since the treatment is reliable and effective, even patients from bordering Indian villages have started coming to this hospital for treatment,” Yadav said.
