Addressing the inauguration ceremony, Siddhartha Shumsher Rana, executive chairman of Sipradi Trading - the authorized seller of Tata Motors in Nepal -- said the company chose Narayani Auto Business as its authorized dealer to assure easy purchasing, selling and servicing facilities to the customers.
“The new showrooms will further facilitate our customers,” he added.
Sundaram Raghunathan, regional chief of Tata Motors for South and West Asia, said Tata Motors would add more such dealers in the future as a part of its market expansion.
“We have been working for the convenience of the customers and will continue to provide our customers with all the services under one roof in the future as well,” said Raghunathan.
Speaking on the occasion, Anup Kumar Baral, CEO of Narayani Auto Business, said the new sales, spare and service centers would also help customers get loans to purchase Tata vehicles. “We will work as a mediator between the customers and the bank,” Baral said.
Narayani Auto Business will also provide facilities like exchange, repair, dent paint, AC gas refill, electrical repairing and car decoration. The center at Balkumari can repair 11 vehicles at a time. Narayani Auto plans to sell 200 vehicles from both the centers within a year.
“Both the sales and service centers will provide services seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.,” Baral said.
The showroom and service centers were jointly inaugurated by Siddhartha Shumsher Rana, Sundaram Raghunathan and Sukanto Ghosh, international business chief for Tata motors, on Thursday.
