Subba, who has given music to around 500 songs and sung around 100 songs, had collected the amount through charity show of a documentary on him in Hong Kong.
The 48-year-old Subba, who has come on a week-long visit from Hong Kong, also revealed that around 20 Nepalis living in Hong Kong have shown interest to provide scholarship to 25 students from Dharan.
