Singer Bipul Chhetri has been invited as a voting member by The Recording Academy to be a part of the new Grammy member class of 2022 this week.

Chhetri uploaded a post showcasing the invitation and accepting it on June 29, Wednesday. He mentioned that growing up watching Grammys and to be part of it is exciting. He says he is honored and that he accepts the invitation and joins the countless creators and professionals who serve, celebrate  and advocate the music community.


In the aim to add up 2000 new music artists and creators this year, many artists have been invited to join the recording academy including Chhetri as 'Music's Bold New Generation'. 


Bipul Chhetri's debut album 'Sketches of Darjeeling' was released in 2014 and his album 'Maya' was released in 2016.Following his music creations, his latest album is 'Samaya' which was released in 2021. Other popular singles of Chhetri include Basanta, Gahiro Gahiro, Ashish, Teesta, Mughlan and Neela Akash.
