Shree Airlines successfully tests mountain flight from Nepalgunj with passengers eager to witness Mansarovar

BANKE, Jan 29: A mountain flight test flight was conducted today from Nepalgunj to visit Mansarovar in Tibet, China. The flight, which was affected on Saturday due to bad weather, was flown by Shree Airlines this morning.

Tourism professionals said that this is a great opportunity for Nepalgunj. "The flight has taken off," said Sriram Sigdel, president of NATTA Banke Chapter. "If it is successful, it will be a significant achievement in the economic activities here along with tourism." He said that this has raised some hope in the tourism sector here.

A large number of Indian tourists are expected to come to Nepalgunj to take a mountain flight to see Mansarovar if the plan succeeds.
