Show cause for no arrangement of parking

KATHMANDU, May 30: The Supreme Court (SC) has instructed the government to furnish written response with reason for not managing parking space in appropriate areas of metropolis, sub-metropolis and municipality.

KATHMANDU, May 30: The Supreme Court (SC) has instructed the government to furnish written response with reason for not managing parking space in appropriate areas of metropolis, sub-metropolis and municipality.

A single bench of Justice Devendra Gopal Shrestha on Monday issued show cause order in the name of the government demanding a written response in this regard. 


Naming the Prime Minister's Office and Ministry of Physical Infrastrcuture and Transport as defendants, advocate Tulasi Siumkhada had registered his writ petition demanding arrangement of parking space in four metropolis, 13 sub-metropolis and 246 municipalities. RSS
