Shoppers throng markets as they prepare to celebrate Tihar (With Photos)

KATHMANDU, Nov 1: People throng markets inside the capital as they prepare to celebrate Tihar-- the second major festival of Hindu followers. People can be seen purchasing necessary items for the festival such as hats, colors, and garlands, among others.
