KATHMANDU, July 20: Shiva Shree Hydropower has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue rights shares worth Rs 1.47 billion.
The company plans to issue 14.79 million units of rights shares at a 1:1 ratio based on its current paid-up capital of Rs 1.47 billion.

Citizen Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the offering.
As of the second quarter of the previous fiscal year, the company reported a loss of Rs 61.5 million.
