According to police inspector Mukti Narayan Chaudhary, Santa Bahadur Magar, a resident of Thori VDC-1 in Parsa district, who was known as a faith healer in his village, allegedly took the girl to an isolated place on the pretext of curing her health problems and raped her.
The girl had approached the 52-year-old as she was suffering from headache and backache. The incident came to the light only when the girl told her elder sister about what Magar did to her.
