BIRATNAGAR, Nov 18: CPN (UML) chair and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the series of bomb blasts targeted against the left alliance candidates were intended to the foil the democratic process.
Speaking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport Saturday, chair Oli urged government to manage security to the candidates and voters at large to guarantee the elections.
He added that the government was still working to postpone the elections and is thereby silent over the bomb attacks. Chair Oli said that the incumbent government is only a 'care taker' one, therefore it should function as per the same principle.
On another note, he blamed the government of misusing state coffers to foil the elections. Chair Oli also claimed that left alliance will garner a clear majority in the upcoming elections. RSS
