UDAYAPUR, Feb 13: An eldery man has died while he was receiving social security allowance in the district on Monday.

Krishna Bahadur Raut, 73, of Triyuga Municipality-12, died while he was receiving senior citizen social security allwance.

The septuagenerain was lining up to receive the allowance on the school premises based in Triyuga Municipality-12 when he suddenly collapsed.

“The elderly man suddenly fained and passed away while he was waiting for his turn,” Dal Bahadur Danuwar of Municipality-12 told Republica Online.

“To receive his allowance, Raut was lining up along with the other elderly, single women and those hysically challenged since early morning. Raut who suddenly collapsed onto the ground breathed his last while being rushed to a hospital.”

Accordign to police, the deceased’s body has been taken to Udayapur district hospital for postmorterm, said police.
